Service to include:
A meet and greet with your HYVE coordinator to chat all the planning you have done thus far. This is when we can really dive into the details to ensure all will go smoothly day of and of course go over any specific need to know items! (2 hours approx.)
One meeting with your HYVE Coordinator during the week leading up to the big day to go over and confirm everything is golden and good to go!
HYVE will facilitate A rehearsal the day prior to the wedding (if applicable)
HYVE will reach out to your venue as well as your hand selected vendors prior to your event to verify all of the final details and go over any last minute updates.
HYVE will create a detailed timeline to include all the vendor and venue contact to ensure your event it ready to rock!
HYVE will be onsite day of event orchestrating all the details of your event and making sure things go off without a hitch!
